Return and Refund Policy - Levitatic
At Levitatic, we stand behind the quality of our floating lamps. Because these products contain sensitive magnetic components and electronics, we have established a clear policy regarding returns and refunds to protect both the customer and the brand.
1. Damage and Defect Guarantee (30 Days)
If your product arrives damaged or has a technical default, we will provide a full replacement or a refund.

Notification Period: You must report any damage or defaults within 48 hours of delivery.

Evidence: Clear photo or video evidence of the defect must be sent to our support team for verification.

Return Shipping: Levitatic will cover the return shipping costs for all approved damage or defect claims.
2. General Returns (Change of Mind)
If you decide the product is not for you, you may return it within 30 days of delivery under the following conditions:

Condition: The item must be unused and in its original packaging. While the box may be opened for inspection, the product must not show any signs of wear, scratches, or usage.

Return Shipping Costs: For "change of mind" returns, the customer is responsible for all return shipping fees.

Responsibility: We recommend using a trackable shipping service. Levitatic is not responsible for items lost or damaged during the return transit.
3. Non-Eligible Returns
We cannot accept returns or offer refunds in the following cases:

The item shows clear signs of use or has been modified.

The item is returned more than 30 days after the delivery date.

Damage caused by improper handling of the magnetic levitation base or the lamp itself.
4. How to Request a Return
Please contact us before sending any items back. Unauthorized returns will be rejected and sent back at the sender's expense.
