Shipping Policy - Levitatic

At Levitatic, we ensure that every floating lamp is securely packaged to handle the journey to your home. Please review our shipping terms below.

1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3-5 business days after payment confirmation. Once your lamp has been dispatched, you will automatically receive a tracking number via email to follow your delivery in real-time.

2. Shipping Times (Estimates)

Delivery times depend on your location:

  • Belgium: 5-7 business days

  • Europe (Netherlands, Germany, France, etc.): 5-10 business days

  • International (Outside EU): 7-14 business days

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your destination.

  • Standard EU Shipping: €9.99 per order.

  • International Shipping: Calculated based on weight and zone at checkout.

4. Delays & Customs

Please note that delivery times are estimates. Levitatic is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Customs inspections or import clearances.

  • Local courier strikes or holiday peak seasons.

  • Incorrect weather conditions affecting logistics.

5. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost in transit or arrives with visible damage, you must contact us at contact@levitatic.com within 48 hours of the delivery date (or the date the package was marked as delivered). We will work directly with the courier to investigate and provide a resolution.

6. Wrong Address Disclaimer

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the shipping address is entered correctly. Levitatic cannot be held responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the buyer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the additional shipping costs to resend the item.
